I have been very busy doing stuff for others , however I still have included taking care of me in the mix . I did weigh in monday and lost 7.2 lbs . Man I was so proud of myself for the first time in a long time . I knew I could have done better . As I struggle with my weight I struggle with a desire for alcohol. It seems to be the biggest comfort food I have . Comfort from all stresses, worries, fears . It just makes every thing better , I do not drink every day , I used to , But I made sure I could get my beer in on my points for the weekend . What kinda crap is that . When I did good I realized I could do better.I will try harder this week .
