sitting here at 2am dissapointed in myself because I have just had a protein bar and nuts and this is a bad former habit (eating when I wake in the middle of the night), it started when I was pregnant with Zalea and got really frequent and very occasionally slips back in. I need to make a promise with myself tonight that this stops now! So from now on I will get a drink of water only and drink that to satisfy any hunger during the night . I need to also may off these protein sticks and no sugar chocolate because it's become a daily treat when I should only be allowing it weekly. I'll put it down to holiday indulgence over Christmas but I will be conscious of it from now on.
