Day 7- I said NO to alcohol this weekend! I am actually so proud of myself. I may sound like an alcoholic but I do love a drink at the weekend. So to say no and still have a lovely weekend is great! However I did eat way to many calories but I didn’t eat any bad food just more food. Bring on next week and weigh in tomorrow!
