I downloaded an APP on my phone, cardiotracker. It's free, you can set it up to track all kinds of activities. It'll count calories burned if you set you weight and height, save each workout and see total calories burned for the week/month. Enjoy your walk!

That sounds like a cool app. How do you like it so far? I've got to buckle down to get over this 25 pound hump. I'm hovering at 24. Phooey. Of course, all the little junkfood snacks yesterday didn't help. Refocus! Refocus! :-)
