Fell off the wagon for the good last half of 2019. I was pretty ashamed and kind of went into hiding. But fat secret is such a great tool and amazing community that I decided to really stick to it and try to log everything moving forward and follow the great tips everyone always has! I want to lose the 15 or so pounds that I gained back but also learned how to keep this as a lifestyle and not just a quick weight loss. any tips are welcomed and appreciated 😊
