Ok... An early morning quick post... Yesterday I got a migraine for the first time since I started dieting like four months ago... Sucked... And now that I've been so aware of what i put in my body I could only attribute it to the honey I've been eating... Fine ... I'll take it down a notch... After shoveling 5 motrin I still pushed thru a zumba class but got home exhausted...

Meant to take today off but now I'm up early since I went to bed right after dinner... Soooooo... I guess a jog will b in my near future...

thanks mel!!! i decided to take it easy and took like a 40 minute walk.. only 3 or 4 minutes of jogging just to get my heart going.. but really wanted to take it slow. tomorrow is a weigh in.. we'll see how this week goes!

Wow, gotta give you props for pushing through your work out with a migraine! I used to get them regularly ... like weekly and ongoing for days so I know how terrible they are. Great job girl!
