Thank you Pascoal777 and najwa 🥰☺️💕 honestly the tuna salad is just albacore chunk tuna, red onion, sweet relish, lemon pepper and paprika. I didn’t want to waste the tiny bit of baby spinach so I went around the top with all that was left. This way it doesn’t get soggy, it’s for tomorrow. It looked pretty and because I wanted to use the rest of the feta artichoke spinach in both meals, I used the tomatoes and put the feta inside the circle and then topped with olives☺️ A sprinkle of paprika. The other I used a frozen ham steak and defrosted it. I used sugar free syrup and heated it all in a pan to get that caramelization. The avocados I got the other day I seasoned with lemon pepper, sea salt, basil, paprika, drizzled EVOO, cracked an egg in each half, everything bagel seasoning, a pinch of shredded cheese, the rest of feta, artichoke, spinach, paprika again and since I was slicing red onions for the venison pot roast and tuna salad, I topped the avocado egg things with red onion. I baked them at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. My daughter loved it🤗🤗😇💕 It was really easy and quick. 💜💚

Thanks Ada☺️. It looks fancy, but more of a I don’t want to waste less than a handful of baby spinach and a few cherry tomatoes. The spinach and tomatoes ended up on top because the whole container is tuna salad 🤗🤗😋😋 the baby spinach won’t get all soggy😊 💜💚

The lemons are what I sliced and froze. Baked one each to squeeze on the avocado egg thingy. Then squeezed the rest into a mashed avocado that put in the fridge for tomorrow 😊

I never ate the tuna salad though. I saved it for today but nothing really sounded good.
