So I found myself craving sugar so bad..I'm so embarrassed. I broke all the rules of the road just to get to PnP (it was closing in 10 minutes) once I got to PNP .I ran like a mad woman along the aisles just to get my hands on some vanilla chocolate cake and some chocolate. I ate two big slices with a good cup of milk. At that moment all self discipline and self control went out the window. Was it good?, yeah .Do I regret it? ,absolutely...I could have had grapes or something. I won't even calculate todays calories. I'll do better tomorrow.
