So my 3 year old starts "school" next week, she'll be going twice a week to start with. I am planning on adding jogging/speed walking to my routine on the mornings that I am kidless. Playing on the beach woth her I realised I can actually run pretty far without feeling half dead, yoga really improved my fitness level without me ever feeling it
