If you are sticking to the plan and doing everything right, I would suggest getting your thyroid levels checked. That can really mess you up. It would help you to keep a food and exercise diary. I think that made a world of difference for me. I've read that to burn one pound, you must burn off 3500 more calories than you take in no matter what diet you're on. Hope you figure it all out. Hang tough! You can do this.
