wow 6 hours of yard cleaning and setting up for garage sale.
yesterda 2 toast coffee. lunch large chic sandwich with lots lettuce and tomato . the bad part was supper. I was sore all over and my feet hurt. I ate most of A medium Athena
so I think at least a pound of today's at is water and will disappear soon....if I'm good
