Well I gained nor loss any weight which I am okay with as I was on tons of medications and I refused to take more than 3 days of steroids... just cannot see how to put that in my body. I ate exactly as I should and drank water like I should and once I am able to get back to the exercise this week I hope to drop a pound or two seems like 2 pounds per week is where Atkins wants me so I am not going to fight it...
I have lots to do this week to prepare for my new job and travel this weekend to get there. I have my housing all set up already and the company is sending me tons of paperwork to fill out.
