Not my day today. Husband woke up in a mood woth me don't know what I don't to him in his sleep, tried to do yoga but toddler kept interrupting which she never does, dog won't stop barking, have this feeling of too much pressure inside my stomach feels like there a balloon being blown up inside me. I don't feel bloated just like this immense pressure inside me

🤗 hugs, as long as you keep trying. Don’t let the bad days affect you. As long as your calories are on point and you are drinking lots of water. Diet is the most important in the beginning. Once you have mastered that. Then you can focus more on the exercise: you can use your toddler as a weight and exercise with her/him. 😄 good arm workout❣️sometimes you just have to do what you have to do to get some kind of workout 😊 our toddlers sometimes feel left out and want to join us.

She normally tries following the yoga class with me but today I was her jungle gym. I'll try to get a good 2km walk in tonight
