You need to post a picture of where you are now. That's amazing !!! I am sure you look and feel very different now.

Strangely enough, and possibly because I started at 210, I don't see much difference, if any. But I certainly feel better--I'm not uncomfortable anymore, nor am I as 'aware' of the feeling of carrying around my body all the time. :-) I can do this!!! WE can do this!

I am sure there is a difference. You just don't see it. All you have to do is wear something fitted and take a picture. Take out your old picture and compare them.You will see it. This will make you even more determined and motivated. It has for me.
