I've got to approach Thursdays differently. I'm not able to maintain my regular routine, and I always seem to start my big slip on Thursdays. Pull up those bootstraps and carry on! I can do this better than I did today! At least I was honest with my naughty intake.

Thursdays are a junk food day for me. Always has been...so I have accepted and try to eat really good the rest of the time and be a bit more mindful of my splurging. I think the key though--is we are being honest with ourselves.

Thanks, and exactly! Mindful is a good word, and I'm much more mindful now of the choices I make, in eating, in exercise, in sleep, in behaviors. Tomorrow WILL be a better day! :-) I CAN do this!!! WE ALL CAN!!! :-)

Good job! I still haven't found a way to walk with both kids. But the jumping jack challenge is helping out a bit! :-)
