I really worked my butt off all week while I was cleaning my rental house. I stayed with my best friend and her husband and I am so lucky that they eat healthy and watch their carbs. I've been on a stall all month and this morning when I weighed myself, I was down 3#! My goal is 5#/month and I was about to give up that hope of getting there this month but I feel certain I can drop those last two now before the calendar says June.

The other really cool thing is that my weight loss ticker here on FatSecret is now yellow instead of red. I know, dorky but geez, I've worked for it!

I hope everyone has a safe, fun holiday weekend. Try not to come and visit me in the Emergency Department!
