Coming back down from the trip. Less movement with traveling and a LOT less water. Added in cheese and had a lot of peanuts while traveling too. Did ok foodwise until Monday and had my first kind of binge day. When I got home, ended up about 170.2 so I gained about 5-6 lbs while I was gone. Starting to come back down but it's been a hard week for the diet. Had a lot of work and some emotional stuff going on and had a night that I made cookie dough. And had oreos at work. And 2 granola bars this week. So it's not been my most successful week or 2 but I'm back "on" and doing ok now. Dad comes next week so I normally drop 5-8 lbs while he's here the 2 weeks just with extra activity with him. I won't be at the 159.6 I was hoping for but if I'm at 163 I'll be ecstatic. Have another week so we'll see what happens.

It's noon Sunday and I have the rest of the day off and all day tomorrow. Should be getting to spend the day with Michael so I'm super-pleased, assuming it comes to pass. Our timing has been sucky. But it's sunny, and it's a good day. Laundry and shopping today, maybe a dip in the pool in a bit. And I have a ribeye steak calling my name but I might put that in the freezer for later. Beef isn't as compatible for consistent drops and I really want to see some difference in the next few days to give me a psychological boost. Bought my next set of pants (size 10) and while I can get them on, they don't fit like I want them to yet. Another 4 lbs should do it. But my shirts are getting too big so I need to replace those too.

Still designing my life, playing around the hiccups. Life is good.
