Well, I'm 35 and I now realize that I need to get my act together. In my early twenties, I was very health conscious. I was a vegan/vegetarian and did yoga daily, but after a few tumultuous relationships and stress with moving several times and such, I've kind of let myself go. I don't want to be this way. This not who I am. I am a FIGHTER! So, here we go. 10 months ago, I quit smoking and now I'm going to continue on the journey to be the best I can be. On August 1st, I started working out regularly again and really paying attention to what I was putting in my body. 6 weeks later, I'm 11 1/2 pounds down and I have no intention of stopping. Here we go!
