I've been doing something based off of this method for a year and a half. The following are my DOD ID cards with the left being from 3 years ago and the right being today. Yea yea yea, I suck at taking pics, but check it. Same person, two completely different methods of eating. Same person, two completely different outlooks on health!

Your pictures say it all! You look great. The only reason my pix are good and probably most women is because we have MAKE-UP! Thank you God! Loved the video. Guy is really crude but I still enjoyed it. I've been doing Primal for about 7 months now and have amazing results. Thanks for sharing this.

Awesome pic comparison...pics really do speak volumes! And thank you for your service, by the way! My spouse served two 15-month tours in the Sandbox and is currently the head UA for the Army Command up here. :)

Haha, it was the second attempt at a pic too. Oh wells! Cheeks were a little pufier thanks to the super burrito and tacos I had in the previous two days as well haha. But, it's always great to take a look back and see where you started. Keeps things in perspective.
