Well this week has been a bust as far as working out. I have not stuck to my guns at all, and I think maybe I just needed this week to slack off and reassess my final goals, and how to get there. I know that I won't STOP working out, but I need to boost it up to hit my goal and then find a maintenance level.
Will wrote more later. Just wrote out like a 6 paragraph journal and it got erased so I can't redo it right now. UGH.

That drives me nuts! (losing everything I just wrote).... I did okay for most of the week working out, but today??? Uh-uh. I worked out half an hour and have absolutely NO strength. Not happening today. I'll be reassessing my goals soon, too. Hopefully in the next three to four weeks.

Yeah for me, I'm starting a new week with THE new week tomorrow. My allergies are kicking up right now really badly and the bf and I are watching a movie so, yeah. Bleh on the day but I've been good on food all week. So at least that part is okay. I kinda feel like it's getting to my head because people are finally saying stuff about the way I look, which is nice but I can't lose focus!
