Hi all,

The moment you all have been waiting for has finally arrived. Drumroll please! I lost a total of seven pounds this week. I weighed in this morning at 241. I am so happy. I only expected to lose 4 pounds this week as the diet plan promises. I guess I lost more because I weigh so much. I am going to change that. I am looking forward to what happens on week two. I have been motivated to work out and basically eat right. Thanks to all of you who keep me motivated and encouraged.
