I'm feeling amazing! Down 1.8kg in 5 days. The major things I have changed which I feel have contributed to shifting weight again is having limited diary, higher protein than usual (around 100gms a day) and switched my protein bars (store bought) to home made protein chocolate pudding which I love! I also added in a treadmill high incline walk instead of just cross trainer which I usually go on around 4 times a week. so I'll continue to alternate my work outs and stay higher protein and low dairy (also no nuts which I heard also cause stalls to weightloss). I Just have to remember that it's not forever, I will eat these things again but just try not to whilst in weightloss mode. I only have 0.5kg to go to get to my second major goal which is 75kg. my first major goal was to lose 20kg (now at 22.2kg). After reaching 75kg the next goal will be to get into the 60's. but for now so need be happy with how far I've come.
