Another day with no weight loss. I need to change something up I think. I have been really sluggish and tired. Not sure if all the work and exercise is catching up with me or I am just depressed.

My hike is 10 days away and tomorrow is my last day to shop for equipment and my next day off after that is Saturday which I will be doing a pre-hike/camp out to make sure I can use and function with my equipment and then I am off Tues to get anything swapped out as needed then work Wed then off to hike on Thursday! 5 full days on the trail.

I made a white spinach pie tonight. Alaina sent me the recipe she got from this site and I modified it for a more low carb version as well as with different cheese, added bacon and a different portion size... I call it white spinach pie and it is 4.4 net carbs per serving! Yummy

I would hazard a guess that you are not eating enough if 1300 is about your norm. Eat enough to get enough energy. 1300 is way too low for your weight which is similar to mine. I dont like spinach but yay that you made a yummy pie!

Yeah I think I am not getting enough calories in and I am at the point where I have to remind myself to eat as I am not hungry hardly but once per day. I have also slacked on my water intact and been drinking more coffee... so I am sure it is a combination of all of the above!
