Kind off Dutch oven. It's cast iron and goes over fire outside. Air tight. I had gammon shank in sauerkraut last time and came out delicious 🙂

I love sauerkraut, when I make mine I put sultanas in some and cloves and peppercorns in others I love it with bratwurst sausage the best, Gammon shank sounds yummy too..... MM x
