My major problem here is drinking - I drink too much, and then I drink too much, I eat too much. I had a great day - ate well, had a great work out, then had an awesome dinner with wine. then more wine, then more wine, and then before i knew it i was attacking a bag of granola. the whole bag. woke up feeling absolutely horrible, not just from the wine, but from the overload of grains and sugar.
started the morning with brunch at my bf's favorite place, known for its awesome grill, had very little appetite so took bites of just about everything, including some empananda, but not excessive by any means. i think for the rest of the day i'm going to do a fast, or if anything just have abit of lean protein and veggies. i have no appetite, so i guess that is good.
but the drinking needs to chill out. i'm definitely not an alcoholic, (and i'm not in denial, really), but i should be able to have a glass of wine every night, and leave it at that. hell, my tolerance will lower and then it will affect me the same way. so, that is the challenge within this challenge. it will all be better for me. i feel like crap and it is a beautiful day outside. why waste your life just for food and booze?
