Last weekend was our big family reunion and I did not log my food in my diary, but I was aware of what went into my mouth and I am pleased to say I did really well. Ate lots of good fresh veggie salads and stayed away from starchy foods, except I ate 1/2 ear of fresh sweet corn on the cob. Yum,, and my only stray from induction the whole weekend. I have done well not drinking diet soda also. Down to about 1 a week, and mostly when I need caffiene. I'd do better with coffee. I have slowly started losing weight again. I stalled at 160 for a couple weeks so I ate a fresh blackberry scone over a week ago and I've been losing again since. 3 lbs in the last week and I'm very happy about that.
