Went to GYM as it finally opened and did weight and cardio, for got to eat dinner as we went to play pickleball, very hot out and sweated a lot can barely move my arms today, but enough so I can pick my nose if I have to..Leg cramps all night, sure it was workout and pickleball, drank some pickle juice to get rid of cramps, and U'm D O N OK
