Alright my beautiful FS buddies!.. Tomorrow is my big weigh in.. first official one since i started getting back to normal.. My calories have been fairly lower than they should but i'm only doing this for a month to retrain myself to not need all the xtra crap.
Happy to say my sodium has been staying under 2400 mgs a day so far. I would like to keep it like that but once my calories increase i'm sure it may get tougher.
According to my mini goals, i only have 1.1 lbs to drop tomorrow to hit my first goal. God i hope i get a good weigh in and get me closer to my original weight before i decided to take a break. I was pretty cool at 165. Either way, next mini goal is 10 lbs.. and anything i can get rid of right now will make that more reasonable to do.
