Owwww I'm in pain. So, I slept weird on my right shoulder... VERY long story short - Spencer escaped, crashed into the chicken coop and tried to kill my rooster Red twice. He got punished, and later, when we were trying to run off his energy throwing the ball, I could tell he was going to run past us to the coop again, and I tried to catch him and I dove for him and fell on the same shoulder. I laid down for about an hour and a half to see if I could make it feel better and I'm still feeling like crap. Well my shoulder feels like crap. My stomach has also been all bubbly today, ugh.

Dunno about working out, today was stressful because of the dog. He had to be punished and the coop fixed and the chickens FOUND (the hens were off in the woods scared shitless). Tomorrow Spencer goes in to get neutered, so maybe that'll help calm him down. We're going to get a few more hens too, so that hopefully the chickens we have will feel a little safer...
