so i've been pretty damn good with eating well and have definitely been good with my exercise... not losing any weight according to the scale I have but I do feel a lot better and i think i look more trim - clothes still tight but not ridiculously so. it would make sense that i'[m building a lot of muscle under that fat, since i'm doing less cardio and more high intensity interval training and weights. so, i'm not letting the scale get me down. ebside, this scale seems a bit odd - i am the exact same weight for 4 days in a row which has NEVER happened before - i am presently 150.4; 4 days ago i was 148.something and that stayed the same for a few days. so i think maybe it just doesnt register 1-2lb changs so i would expect my next weigh-in to reflect 3 lb loss. we'll see. either way it is about how i feel.
oh, and another major accomplishment (for me at least) - haven't had a drink in 3 days and i'm feeling great and not missing it at all. i'm going to keep this up til my birthday on sunday because, lets be real, girl needs a drink on her birthday. but we'll see!
