I missing normality- enough this Covid life.

This photos are from last year's trip back to my parents to help on farm while my mum was recovering from bowel cancer.

Real inspiration for me (parents & farm) so thats why I'm cooking,baking, growing brewing everything from scratch.

But hey ho I just booked ferry for August... can't wait

Nice pics Jazz. It's not easy dealing with family with cancer. Father-in-law had bowel, mum-in-law pancreatic and now my brother has bowel and liver. It really ****'s you up. Hope Mum is recovering well. Also now we know where you get your "green fingers" from !! C

Hey Jazz. Good to hear she is able to get on bike - must be much better. My brother is also 68 and has always been as 'fit as a flea' so the last thing he or anyone expected. I love to see the fruit and veg from your garden. Our neighbour has his first tomatoes but ours are weeks behind his - but then he has a greenhouse... Nothing better than tomatoes straight off the vine full of flavour and fragrance.
