Naiomy Günlüğü, 09 Kas 10

Sneaking in an extra journal this week.. had some thoughts in my head. Last weigh in wasn't the best.. but i was ok with it. I know (like i previously stated) that my body will do what it needs to do with what i'm doing to it. Even though i was back to 168, my body still didn't feel all the way there. I was happy, but just felt smaller the last time around.

This morning i was able to get into my size 10 pants again comfortably. So my theory is (yeah, just felt like having a theory).. that my body was still trying to acclimate itself to 168 again. I lost quite a bit in a small amount of time.. and i still wasn't totally comfortable in my size 10 pants. This is week #2 at 168, week #2 at a more intense weight training, and i'm feeling more myself.

I'm in no race... and my confidence is not based on my weight anymore. Just gonna keep pushing forward :)

You are doing amazing, I am very inspired. You seem very motivated with the weight training and I am curious how that will progress and if it will give you the look you want at the weight you want. I am bad about weight training, but I know that is how you sculpt and tone...Just not my favorite thing to do. Thanks for sharing your thoughts...It's helpfull to know others think simular thoughts.

@ hriccabona - thank you!!! i'm leary about weight training b/c it tends to have a stalling affect on the scale.. but i know i'd rather be stuck at 168 with muscle tone rather than get to 160 and be flabby and loose. i think once u get a program going and see results it gets easier to want to do it... you will do great!

I noticed the same thing- size changing while weight stays the same. Silly scale, you don't know everything! You're doing great :)

Thanks k8!.. there's no way i'm gonna take such a negative approach to my weight loss again.. i could still be losing the weight i gained and still whining that i wish i never took a break.. thank god i was able to get back here quickly.. but if i didn't its a lesson learned..and now i appreciate my body much more... regardless of what that "silly scale" says lol

I've been alone...for some reason I thought I could do it that way. So wrong! But, I'm back and never giving up with the help of my FS buddies. :-)

Keep it up! Slow and steady is the best. It's not about a number. It's about how you feel.

thank you runesinger!!.. i try and remember that every day.. i feel great.. so the scale is just something to help keep me on track. and you look great by the way!!
