good sunday to all of YOU!!
Wanna wish you a superday today!! Its cold here,i am NOT liking it at all,we had 3 days prior to this that we had high 60*and yesterday was close to 70!!!!! Now this morning is cold,high might be 50-ha i say cold,its coming,knew the warm was not here to stay but,i think i am ready to head to warmer climate all year round,no more winters,would not miss that at all!!!!!!
my weight this morning..........I am down 6 POUNDS from the first of november so, that is awesome for "me".............wow....
I am so happy with that, will measure on the 14th and weigh again!!!
Hope i can keep up this motivation thats with me right now. Thanks buddys.
OF course my weight history chart is gonna look like its spiked up, and it should, but, you need to read to see the results, will go down soon.thanks. what a mess, GET A NEW SCALE if yours is something you are NOT sure OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
