This has been a difficult month for me. I've been losing an average of 2.5 lbs a week for the last 6 months I've been dieting and I have hit plateaus before but never this long. August 8th will be my 7th month mark and at the pace I am going I will have only lost 5 lbs this last month instead of 10lbs like the past 6 months before this one.
I did hit my first goal weight of 205 lbs, which I am very happy about, but I was really hoping to hit 200 lbs this week.
