I am on a new program! The coach with TNT is working with the team level. On Saturday we will only do 5 miles. Our weekly miles depends on our personal goals. But each long run day on Saturday will go up one mile per week until 4 weeks prior to the marathon. Then we taper for the next three. Thanks for asking! My family is so tired about hearing all this all the time!!! I hope my singing didn't break your ears!! HAve a great year!!!
