I haven't exercised in two weeks. I'm trying not to fret, but the longer I don't go, the more down about it I get. I hope I will return to the gym sometime soon.

Just tonight I read a chapter on exercise in my book. The information was encouraging but not motivating enough. At least I'm beginning to get through the book though!

I'm dealing with stuff at home so I should give myself a break. And I shouldn't put so much pressure on myself regardless.

I know I will return to the gym. All it will take is a combined spark of interest and motivation and I'll be there! I'm just kicking myself in the meantime for not maintaining and increasing my muscle build through working out, because I like to progress.

I love the feeling when I work out - so proud of myself and strong! I'm just afraid of the work and effort it takes to maintain. In other words, I'm lazy! I should change that somehow. I got into a rut after all these sedentary years that now I'm not motivated to move! It's something to work on.
