Hello! A couple of updates... first my birthday is less than a month away! my original goal was 150 by then but that is waaaayyyy to much for such a short amount of time some my current goal now is 170. 15 lbs should not be that hard. Also I've been going over a little lately on Cals so I need to check myself so that I am not just maintaining and I am losing. I will also in the next couple of days be changing my cal limit from 1500 to 1300. lastly I weigh only when I can. My parents scale is in their bathroom and most days they work at home so I only get to do it every other day so my data isn't 100% accurate. This is also a good thing because I never want to be obsessing over my weight because I tend to do that a lot. That is all on my updates.
