Today is the lowest calorie count that I’ve had. And I’m going to sleep at a decent time... my sister say’s that I’m losing weight but I don’t see it nor feel it. I can’t wait look in the mirror and see my own results.

Many times, some of us do not notice the changes in ourselves that others do. Because the changes tend to be gradual, and we see ourselves every day, we may not notice any changes until something major starts to transform...facial bone structure becoming more pronounced, one chin instead of two, actually noticing muscle in our arms or legs, etc. Don't get discouraged. This is a long, hard journey. Look at a picture of yourself taken prior to you starting this journey. Now take a picture of you today. Date it. In a month in two, take another and date it. Look at them side by side. You will likely see the changes that others have. Even a small change is a success. Remember that. Have a great weekend! 😀
