I want to lose weight faster..but guess I have to do it the right away.A little bit at a time. I understand I have to eat a balanced diet..learning how to balance everything. it's just I thought I would lose it faster than this 6 lb in 3 weeks I guess isnt bad well have to go on my walk soon!
