I have done just a little bit of research just be sure what I am doing to my body is correct.
When you push your body to too little calories it is actually detrimental. When you go under your BMR (basic metabolic rate) It can be very bad for your body. This means that there is a certain number of calorie intake just for you that your body needs to work. Mine is 1672 and as you know I am at 1300 which is not good and that is why I'm changing it. Going under your number can lead to bone loss, heart problems, low immunity, and other things.
I would look yours up so you are being safe. If your not losing weight it is not because you are calculating you calories wrong, your body is in survival mode and it is try to save as much fat as possible because it thinks you are dying.
