After I showed my daughter @Mailula Abby’s progress pics from the skipping, weight loss and clean eating she was so fired up. @Mailula Abby you really showed us what we are able to achieve if we just put our minds to it. The body achieves what the mind believes, so it’s all about changing our mindsets.
So yesterday we went hunting for a digital skipping rope in the heavy rain🌧 , we got the last one at MrP Sport. We started this morning at 8:45am she also downloaded the jump rope app so we used both. Eish it was early and also cold 🥶 but she was really motivated. We did 3 sets of 1000 skips, we rested 3mins after every 1000 but also took 30-45 mins breaks inbetween
