Yoga was so painful today. I feel better now, but my joints were screaming at the beginning. I'm also getting some numbness in my hands that seems to stem from holding the heavier weights. Then, it affects my hands during the vinyasas. I'm also probably feeling badly because of the food I ate yesterday. While I showed great restraint on Thursday, I really let go yesterday. I'll call it my spike day :) Now, I'm going to throw the rest of that Chex Mix away!
