i went up another 2 lb. trying to balance it out. had only coffee and cream for breakfast. lunch tuna salad and half an avocado with one peanut butter and toast.for supper chicken breast, with cauliflower beans and broccoli put mayo on chicken. still plugging away with my water. trying to drink 10 glasses a day. walked 10000 steps in an hour and a half. used app where about 12 minutes is a brisk walk, out of 30 minutes. hoping weight will go down tomorrow....
