I feel really happy because yesterday night I wanted to eat some junk food soo badly and I even went in front of the fridge thinking I will start tomorrow BUUUUUUUUUUT I said to myself "NO!" you will NOT EAT! Leave the kitchen, eat your cauliflower salad and do something else. So instead of eating and gaining weight I left the kitchen and created a challenge. And now I see that there are other people who are willing to participate. I ama sure that we will all be beautiful and slim. Then today I saw my weight. I saw that I lost 400 grams more. If I had eaten yesterday night, there would be a weight gain. But I am happy I didn't eat and lost 400 grams more:-)
