Ok... so i've been off my game the last couple weeks. Things going on in my personal life have affected my desire to push towards weight loss at this time.
I decided to go into maintenance mode, trying to keep between 165-170. I want to be happy where i am for a while, and while my goal of 155 is in the back of my mind i can't get totally satisfied. So i decided to enjoy where i am right now. I can easily adjust if i get up higher than 170.. and i'm not gonna fight to get below 165.
I got a new scale since i've been using my WII fit for so long. This way i can closely monitor my fluctuations. This morning my fluctation between before and after i went for my jog was like 3 lbs!.. i had a really heavy dinner, which ikinda regretted, so i'm kinda doing a liquid diet today. My weigh ins will be sporadic, as i see fit. And i'm going to continue jogging and toning, but just try to maintain my weight for a bit.
Honestly, i feel that if i got to 155 by my original goal date, i would go right back up to 160 b/c i'm not really able to "maintain" as well as i'd like.
