I enjoy replacing my Saturday night drinking with going to the gym after work. I come home, shower, maybe have a post workout snack and then go to bed. No more alcohol calories. I'm going to do that every Saturday now, hopefully kill it on Sundays as well. Luckily I've got a coworker that wants to start working out too - until I routinely workout it's nice to have someone next to you to keep up your momentum. Psychologically it makes me realize I can't just quit after a couple minutes like I would by myself.
