just an ear mark for me to look back on changed my eating today and will wait to see if the increased protein will sustain my work outs with out the stalls.protein 159 gms., calories 1289. eating 4 times a day.

Well done! Your calories are on the low side for your exercising though, that alone can create a new stall if you are not careful. Did you read whyguy's blog about stalls? I found it fascinating and am trying out his theory - and eating more food isn't a bad thing ROFL!

used the site that row posted to calculate my calories and the protein needed to not lose muscle while dieting. and the 2 pound loss was water and i am not really counting that but i am feeling better about getting back on track we will see going to give it a week to see how it goes then i will trade things around after that if it doesn't work

I highly recommend whyguy's (Terry's) blog about stalls he and his forum are got me through my stall! He is a very nice man!
