Well, you're doing all you can do! So just continue on! I'll tell you -- about five years ago I got on a very successful dieting "binge." I lost a lot of weight. (I think it was my no carb phase.) Anyhoo, I remember there was a period of about three weeks that I was doing the exact same thing, and my weight was not budging. But then, after that annoying three weeks, the weight started to go down again. So just be patient. It will happen!
