Plan is to start my Pilates either Sunday night or Monday. I will walk on days when the weather is higher than 50. I need to get started back. Zoe is almost 3 weeks old, but I am still having the occasional spotting. The doctor advised no strenuous exercise until that has stopped. I don't think Pilates is that strenuous. We'll see.
