Eating healthy food such as fruits, vegetables and staple food have not only physical but also mental health benefits and it will have a long term effects in our well being. When it comes on diet we mainly focus on our eating behaviour such as restricting certain foods, counting calories, reducing the quantity of food intake. This things are important in gaining and loosing weight. With proper exercise and enough sleep is also vital in achieving a healthy lifestyle.
I started my weight loss journey, a year ago and it was very tough especialy in terms of food choices. Im also doing intermittent fasting with 16:8 ratio it was challenging at first but as you go on everyday it becomes more duable. After a couple of months in intermittent fasting I switch to one meal a day program with keto diet meal plans. When I was in Norway I do a lot of out door activities, such as hiking, trekking and even a simple walk in the forest. Shame that now when I move here in Spain I can no longer do much of the outdoor activities due to lockdowns and travel restrictions. Im still in my journey to loose more weights and start making my journal to keep record on my food intakes. Hopefully it will help
